Chef Darin brings experience from Bistro Montage, an award winning, classically prepared French cuisine restaurant and as a banquet chef for the Westminster Westin hotel.

Darin’s focus is on the freshest, local ingredients available incorporated with his knowledge of Southern cooking. The many years of dedication to his craft have blossomed into the creation of the “Harrow & Ember” menus for guests to experience Chef Darin’s culinary journey.
